Pain Management
Long-term, evidence-based plans that target chronic pain at its source, without long-term medication dependency.

Conditions we treat
- Fibromyalgia and widespread musculoskeletal pain
- Neuropathic pain (burning, tingling, shooting sensations)
- Osteoarthritis affecting joints and mobility
- Post-surgical pain that hasn't resolved
- Pain that wakes you at night
How it works
-
Full clinical assessment with a pain consultant: history, examination, imaging review.
-
Diagnosis and a plain-language explanation of what is actually causing the pain.
-
A treatment plan you co-design, typically a mix of injection therapy, physiotherapy, and lifestyle adjustments.
What to expect
Before your appointment
Bring previous imaging or medical reports if you have them. The first appointment runs 45 to 60 minutes, and there is no rush.
During
Discussion first, then a careful physical exam. Most patients leave with a clear plan and a follow-up date.
After treatment
Treatment plans typically run 6 to 12 weeks. We follow up at fixed intervals, so you are not on your own between sessions.
Common questions
Is this addictive?
Our default approach is non-pharmacological. When medication is needed, we use the lowest effective dose for the shortest period and review monthly.
How quickly will I feel better?
Most patients notice improvement within 4 to 6 weeks. Chronic pain responds slowly. The goal is sustainable relief, not a quick fix.
Will I need surgery?
Rarely. Most chronic pain we see is treatable without surgery. If surgery is the right call, we say so.
